To improve the way IT support is provided across the school, we are introducing a new and convenient method for submitting IT Support Requests. Users will now be able to scan a designated QR code using their mobile device to quickly access the online support request form. This system is designed to make reporting technical issues easier, faster, and more efficient, ensuring that all requests are properly logged and attended to in a timely manner. We encourage all staff and students to use this QR code whenever IT assistance is needed.
