Virtual Circulation Assistance (VICA) Services

Virtual Circulation Services (VICA) is a service that provides the lending, returning and renewing of library materials through online. The service desk staff are also available to answer questions and help the users to locate books and other library materials as well. Despite the availability of the online resources, there are still library users preferred to borrow printed materials especially those lack of connectivity.
The value of the service is to provide timely, convenient, and equitable access to materials.
The VICA services are Book Thru for borrowing of books and Book Drop for returning of books.
